Educational Law and Policy/US Forum Purpose: To inform members of legislation concerning educational issues and to encourage members to actively promote education.
Leadership Development/Nominations Purpose: To encourage members to recognize their leadership qualities, to promote personal and professional growth in this area, and to create a list of members who could fill vacant leadership positions.
Educational Excellence/Awards/World Fellowship Purpose: To promote leadership and encourage programs and policies for personal and professional growth, to recognize members in various areas of accomplishment, to promote and encourage education at the international level.
Scholarship Purpose: To develop and maintain the scholarship program, inform educators of the application process, select recipients, and promote personal and professional growth.
Beginning Teacher Support Purpose: To encourage and support beginning teachers and recruit members of the sorority.

Literacy
Purpose: To promote literacy in our chapter district and to support local literacy volunteers.
Communications Purpose: To provide information to members through social media, email, newsletters, websites.
Membership/Expansion Purpose: To recruit and retain members, support Beginning Teachers, and mentor new members.
Chapter Rules Purpose: To review Chapter Rules and ensure alignment with state, national, and international guidelines.
Purpose: To review and maintain financial records of the chapter.
Purpose: To communicate and inform reserve members of chapter business.
Purpose: To plan meetings and programs.
